Preconstruction Services
Preconstruction is the cheapest place to solve an expensive problem. Everything after it is more expensive to change.
What preconstruction should produce
A budget organized by cost category, a schedule built from trade durations, a written list of scope assumptions, and a list of items that require drawings, permits or engineering before they can be priced.
Constructability, not commentary
We review drawings for how the building goes together — sequence, access, tolerances, coordination between systems — and raise conflicts while they are still drawing revisions rather than change orders.
